Girls, how much water do you normally drink?

from dawn to dusk... how much is your water intake?
water is healthy! purify you!
I personally drink at least 2-3 liters per day... of course drinking so much has a little consequence... visiting the loo quite often!
do you always drink your amount of water... or sometimes you diminish it due to your commitments?

No idea. If I get a headache, I drink water, but I'm not going to force myself to drink water. You know that drinking extra water has no effect on your health and you get a lot of water from food already? Drinking 3 liters of water a day is healthy according to gurus is just a myth.

I don't know about liters but I drink about 7-8 water bottles a day I honestly prefer water over most drinks like soda or fruit juice

Well, for me it's from wake up to go to bed. I normally don't drink enough water but I'm trying to have at least 4 bottles of water before I hit the sack.
