I been working out since I was sixteen and I am pretty sure you can see that and I've heard a lot of reasons and many people have asked me why I go to the gym regularly and to be honest for me it's just I enjoy knowing that I am doing something positive. I could sit around the house play video games or drink and party all day long but the end of the day if I keep doing it I don't feel happy, I feel like I am killing myself slowly and I won't live past 40 at that rate. So I workout it makes me feel better about myself and knowing I am doing something right.
One thing I will suggest to you though is stop doing just leg day than, explore other workouts such as weight lifting in general or yoga or who knows. I know a lot of girls who did just leg day and cradio and that's it and I introduced them into weight lifting and they love it and go to the gym almost everyday now and do weight lifting in general for all around body and they look amazing. They're not too muscular or anything because they're not shooting steroids or taking testosterone they just look fit and actually sexy as hell.

The #1 motivation for me is knowing how quickly you can go backwards vs how long it takes to make progress. Your leg day example is perfect. Nothing used to make me not want to go to the gym more than the after-effects of leg day. I would skip my legs for months at a time, even if I was working out regularly, because there'd always be some "reason" I needed my legs to be fresh the next day. Eventually I just had to stare myself in the mirror and be like "make progress, not excuses." Also, it's only the first few times that really leave you beaten up. I do my legs 1-2 times a week without fail now, and I rarely feel much soreness at this point, your body gets accustomed to it.👍 Also, did you know it only takes 72 hours of inactivity to start losing muscle? That alone drives me. I know that every time I skip the gym I cost myself some of what I've worked hard for. With fitness, you kind of have to be all-in or all-out. You just have to realize that nobody can do this FOR you. You either want it or you don't. I want it, so I make it a priority. Just takes self-discipline.👍
Sadly for me, the desire to have a hot body is not enough to keep me motivated for as long as it takes... so I hired a hot guy for a personal trainer (good looking, positive, funto be with, don't have to think about what exercise to do next)... it's kept me coming back. I do actually work twice as hard with him than on my own as he coaches me through the exercises. But if you can't afford one, you can always try finding a friend to work out with - last time I got on a health kick (about a decade ago) that worked for me since I could socialise a bit while working out. But I have moved and don't have a lot of friends yet so I guess in a way I ended up hiring one (lol).
It doesn't apply only to the gym but also staying healthy in general is doing the research and knowing the facts.
Every time I think of having dairy, I think of osteoporosis, every time I think of chocolate I think of cocaine.
And eating well in general helps me to have more energy to go to the gym. As well as taking the bike to work. It's a really nice ride for me, by the river. It's a bit shorter than taking the bus even and when I took the bus I always felt kinda stressed and frustrated so I didn't want to go to the gym

to keep on looking sexy. i go shopping when i dont have motivation anymore, i look for a real sexy dress or tight leggings and try them on. i like to fit in everything. i like when i look in the mirror and like what i see :) gives you confidence you know?:)
when i have a boyfriend , i m never out of motivation tho :))Remind yourself with why you're training in the first place, if its simple as getting my beach body ready then you have to keep thinking that. I workout almost everyday if i have time, it can be from an hour and half jog or a sets of push ups and sits up before bed, every little bit helps in the long run, physically and mentally. If you ever feel unmotivated, visualizing your perfect ideal body helps you turn away from donuts and start running.
-I just like to live a healthy lifestyle. I see so many young people with beer bellies, who smoke a lot or hit the bar daily. I just want to live a healthy lifestyle so I can live well when I get older without many health complications.
-I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE seeing women workout. Tons of sexy women at the gym... with in shape bodies and tight fitting workout clothes :).
Those are my motivations.s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/.../...c7ef003bce.jpg
There bodies are amazing! But really I just think abs abs abs do you want a nice toned body then you better work for it and you better work hard etc, health!!
I dont want to die of any heart attack, cancer nor develop any Diabetes Mellitus. So that's why I am trying to go to the gym at least 3 times weekly for about an hour and adding to it more by summer time after school.By setting fitness goals and exceeding them. I like to aim for lifting a certain weight compared to my body weight. For example 100% of my body weight bench press 300% leg press. This way I balance strength and weight loss.
My motivation is knowing how far I've come and knowing that if I stop, it'll all have been for nothing.
used 2 do it, in order 2 lose weight... but not anymore basically
I guess I'm lucky because going to the gym takes almost no motivation for me since my dad built one in our basement
Because I'm ugly and I'm tryin my best to make myself just a little bit better. Of course after 5 fuckin years of hitting the gym I realize I don't want a girl to like me for my muscles... Go figure
To look hot af naked and make head turns in tight shirts.
Stay healthy. I have a history of diabetis in my family and I want to make sure that happens.
Seeing all the cute / hot co-eds is a nice bonus. Not being fat anymore is my motivation. People respect you more if you are built and muscular. Disregard everything. Acquire aesthetics.
For me it's to lose weight and not be overweight as I get older.
Ah legday (today). It's just kind of a routine now. I don't think much about it.
I don't have a motivation. It is just a habit for me at this point and I enjoy it
My motivation is Lazar Angelov one day i will be exact like him 😤
Nothing really its more of a routine plus I get paid to train and push my body to peak fitness
To get a better body so more women will want to fuck me.
I'm tired of being overweight..
