You can't. There seems to be a distinct lack of body wisdom across the board. I've just tried to do some baguazhang, and my body simply can't handle it, I feel sick. So I've had to stop after a few minutes. If your body is feeling tired and achy, you're doing too much, and you need to rest it. Resting involves doing little or nothing. Doing 'yin' activities, such as walking, stretching, tai chi, sleeping, eating better, reflecting, meditating etc.

Eat more, take a 2-week break (give your body time to recover) or work through the soreness like we use to do (Some goes for PROS they're all aching/tired) but they keep going LOL

Eat more vegetables and fruits.
Other than that - nothing you can do to gain more energy.

Pain is weakness leaving the body, u r not doing too much if u ache, aching is simply delayed onset muscle sorenss from the training the key is with training pick what muscles u train on a day example chest, triceps and shoulders on same day for me (push muscles) right so u train these and then leave them for 48 hours to recover the next day then u do ur other set and so on. Train smarter and harder 💪
That is really smart to get 9 hours of sleep. You need a ton, especially at your age. Drink lots of water, eat proteins and carbs to fuel your body.
Life as a student-athlete definitely will make your tired though.a good hot water bath.. take at least 15-30 min in that...
your sleep is enough... good!
