Ok first off, fix your posture! Good posture can make you look 3 pounds thinner and I actually don't have the best posture and even though i'm thin I have this um sort of little bump in my lower stomach as if i'm a few weeks pregnant or something. Lol i'm not! But its due to my posture. Dancing and running really help with this sort of thing, because you want to keep your body shape and your curves but you want to lose some weight. I get it, but its impossible to lose weight in a favored area, if you lose weight, its everywhere. But ya, stick with running/dancing/ and aerobic exercises. Works like a charm! :)
Like someone already said, spot reduction isn't possible. You can't decide where you lose weight from, you'll slowly lose it all over, it depends on the genetic disposition of your fat.
You can count how many calories you consume per day and make sure you burn more than you consume. That's how you lose weight. 3500 calories make a pound. So do your calculation accordingly.
well diet isn't about starving its about healthy eating now changing habits isn't easy so slowly start changing the way you eat water is key so drink lots of it I've recently tried super HD supplements they are good for energy and sharp focus, your feel full they suppress and you literally crave lots of water so drink up!! no cokes no sugary drinks it will make you want to workout and really pushes you so i recommend it but id do some research if your interested
Te truth is, you can't spot reduce. You can lose as much fat as you want but your body will lose it all over and from areas it naturally carries less weight in. So you ant change that
I've always had big boobs so are those safe?
For ab workouts I do crunches and a lot of planks and for thighs and legs I do squats and leg lifts
Why get rid of it? Wear it proud like an accessory and rock it, girl!
A size 8 is my dream size, I'm sure u look great. Try cutting out bread, dairy and meats (except chicken fish and poultry)
