Why am I not losing weight? I need help? Advice please, read full description? Pic included?


out 3 months now. I've also incorporated running into my workouts, I usually run 3 or 4 times a week.. I just started running about a week ago, I can run 2 miles in 22 minutes.. Is that bad? And how do I build up my distance and lower my time to lose weight? and I eat pretty healthy, for breakfast I usually eat a banana or apple, lunch- sand which with a granola bar and fruits snacks and dinner varies.. I also only drink water, it's like soda and caprisuns are to sweet anymore. Anyways I reaaally want to lose 30 pounds or more asap, I feel like this is healthy for my height and it will build up my self esteem.. I just really want to know what I'm not doing right? I've only lost 7 pounds in 3 months from kickboxing, please help? Also do you think crossfit is something I should consider? I always thought it would be a fun challenge.. Please give a good description?
