I'm feeling pretty sad again thanks to my family (once again). Does anyone have any advice on how I can get through this day easier?
hey, we all go through hard times. But that's just life!
here are a few things that can help you get through the day
1. go out with friends :)
2. go for a run and get fresh air-
3. play a sport
4. music that you like
and so on...
do things that you like doing :) hey, right now you might be sad...
but just hold on, you can make it :D
