Why didn't I gain any of the weight back?

I just got off my low carb diet yesterday and things were strange because
1. I did not have sleep problems like I usually always do when I get off a low carb diet
2. I did not gain any of the weight back

Why not? I usually gain the weight back as soon as I get off the diet. However I avoided mayonnaise, high fat foods, fried foods, and ate a homemade whole wheat pita, home made garlic sauce, home made hummus and 3 slices of turkey for lunch and for dinner I had fried dumplings that my parents purchased from the chinese grocery story.

I notice when I eat ethnic food - I don't gain the weight back but when I eat western food I begin to gain back all the weight I lost.
Why didn't I gain any of the weight back?
