If you just want to get rid of some excess belly, do stomach exercises.
Lie on your back and put a brick on your belly. Use your stomach muscles to lift the brick up and down.
The body in the pic is too tiny for you. I agree with @Lady7, go to the gym. You will not bulk up, but look more skinny and toned. Much better than the unhealthy body in the picture (still fat, no muscle).

If it isn't in your genes, you'll have a VERY hard time.
Girls that skinny aren't fun. If you can't enjoy eating with your girlfriend that's a huge con!!! It's not what you asked though... As the other gals and guys told you can try going to gym and see what you can do.
She looks like she hasn't eaten in months. I'd be scared to date someone like that, I might break her lol
