For those who work out? Is there any way i can lose my breasts (practical reasons) and widen my shoulders. also i want straight hips?

You are 17 and weigh 45kgs? You are not overweight, for one. But, ok, since you want finely toned body, yes - sweety, you need to exercise well. Join a gym and have a trainer workout a regimen for you. While I don't want you to loose weight or starve yourself, I want you to eat healthy, but sensibly. Working out under a trainer will tone those muscles and shed some extra fat around your hips and ummmmmmmm breasts. Trust me sweety fat around breasts is difficult to loose. But, not difficult. Do not work out strenuously, for that may interfere with your periods and you may another mess on your hands. Good luck

You should try eating more vegetables, fruits (not too much) and lean meats + nuts...
Lose artificial sugars (candy) and fast food from your diet.
Also - weight training will help - lifting weights.
But you'll always have hips and breasts... that's your figure. You might minimize them a bit, or more than just a bit, but you'll basically always have a similar figure as you do now...
If its bone structure you want to change in regards to your shoulders then I'll have to say that its impossible. However, you can still widen your shoulders by working on the lateral portion of your shoulder.

Do exercises such as lateral raises to work that muscle. I've done it myself and its worked.
In terms of breast reduction, you'd have to lose fat in order to do that. Working your chest muscles will only make them appear even bigger.
Sorry, I don't know what you mean by 'straight hips'.
I think,... I THINK! you can reduce breast size by working out your chest. and for wider shoulders, do a bunch of different shoulder workouts, all under resistance, so basically weights.

Strengthen your back, and do pectoral stretches (ie, tighten the back, loosen the chest). Rowing exercises and pullups are your friend here.
For hips, odds are they stick out a bit in the rear, right? Hip flexor stretches, quad stretches, and lower back stretches. Strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and abdominal muscles (think planks rather than crunches, really focus on squeezing and pulling your abs inward--also look at stomach vacuums).
Cardio goes without saying, plus increasing your knowledge of nutrition.
As said, shape is also determined by bone structure. But besides that, breasts are a matter of fat content. So burn fat, but if you say you already weigh only 45 kg, I think you can't go much lower unless you are extremely small. So think breast size is partly genetic. Shoulder width can be increased by adding muscle there. Ask in the gym for specific exercises. But its a small muscle, so you will need a lot of exercise to grow it to a large size.
I'm sorry to tell you but straight hips are genetical, the same way other body parts are genetical like boobs and ass and your hair. What you need to understand before starting your fitness journey is that it takes time, it doesn't happen overnight, those 2 girls in the pic look lik there both 21-23 years old and they have probably been working out since 16 or 17 years old, 6 years later that's the result, pretty sexy huh
Keep body fat down as much as possible through proper diet. This affects the fat in your chest and hips to the extent that you can control it short of surgery. Next lift weigts often and heavy weights at that. Do a lot of body weight exercises too such as pull ups and dips. Work your abs often too.

I'm sorry to tell you, but it's really mostly down to genetics. Wide shoulders come from having the right bone structure.. just like having wide hips.
I'm guessing if you lose weight maybe your boobs will get a tiny tiny bit smaller but it won't make any sort of difference at all.
The only way to get smaller breasts is if you went for a boob reduction
hip shape is based on bone structure. there's nothing you can do about that.. other than maybe wear certain clothing to give the illusion of straight hips.
Sorry but your body type is genetic. You can't change your bone structure no matter what.
If you lose weight, your breasts might get smaller but that's not guaranteed.
Most of that is the result of genetics & bone structure not much can be done.

i've already said curvy. and no im not fat im 45 kg which is 110 pounds i think
curvy is nice tho.. sometimes those athletics dont have any nice butt
