For those who work out? Is there any way i can lose my breasts (practical reasons) and widen my shoulders. also i want straight hips?

So I work out regularly actually i've been an athlete all my life but i dont have the typical athletic body type that i desperately want. Im kinda muscular but too curvy. I weigh about 45kg. Is there any way i can lose my breasts (practical reasons) and widen my shoulders. also i want straight hips? Everybody keeps telling me it's impossible without a surgery but i feel like im traped in 30 years' old body (no offence but im only 17). Do you know any special tips?
