I dated a guy who smoked weed like 3 times a day everyday, and he lived with 4 other people who did the same, and said at times they had drug parties where they bring all kind of drugs and party...
He said he was able to control his weed smoking, unlike his brother who went down a bad road, and he doesn't take coke because its expensive..
I mean weed is bad anyways.. it can lead to brain damage.. right?

There's a difference between smoking recreationally every so often and smoking nearly every single day. I think it becomes a problem when they do it that often, but no, there isn't any hard evidence that it leads to brain damage. There's evidence that suggests it, but none that proves it definitively, so we really don't know. It's less harmful than cigarettes though that's for sure.

If he smokes it that often, it is as unhealthy as smoking cigarettes or drinking much alcohol. And if he smokes that often, it means he has some mental problem he tries to control by smoking weed. Not a good solution.

Smoking weed will never be or come close to smoking cigarettes or being an alcoholic, it doesn't cause cancer, liver damage, nothing, it's not addictive (it's habitual), and smoking a lot of weed doesn't mean he has mental problems, does Willie Nelson have mental problems?
