I think the best thing is to develop a routine. Exercising became a thing I 'have' to do every day. I'd say you could try making a collage of what you'd like to look like and stick it around the house. Places with food that you'd like to avoid are good places since they remind you that you shouldn't do it.
Please be careful with this method, though. Some people can develop anorexia which is influenced largely, but not solely, by 'thinspo'.

Maybe try some substitution techniques... instead of sitting down to watch tv, crank out some crunches, push-ups, etc. Instead of going for the coffee have a water, or a mineral water instead of the Coke (I have tried all of these and find that they help).
Imagine that your beach is going to be full of hot guys. All of them are exactly your type. The catch is, they are very shallow..

Look up tons of fitness motivation quotes online, (Pinterest has a lot of good ones) save them in your phone and flip through them whenever you feel discouraged! Keep yourself feeling positive and whenever you have cravings substitute it with something healthy, like fruits/ veggies/ boiled egg whites (no yolk)! Good luck girl! I am trying to lose weight aswell!
Walk a few miles before breakfast, cut down on portions, drink lots of water. How much are you wanting to lose if you don't mind me asking?
What i do is i eat healthy and eat less. It makes your stomach shrink its size and you will start to eat less and therefore you will lose weight because you get full faster.
Well follow fittness accounts on social media, take pictures of your progress to stay motivated and finally set up a health and fitness plan for both working out and food to keep you on track
Find a dress or something that's too tight and will only look good when u lose weight, buy it, Look at it everyday before u start eating and that might work
Put a photo of yourself, or how you want to look, on the refrigerator, or wherever you keep the candy or ice cream...
I have the same problem! I can't stay motivated. :(
