Heck no i run a 5K everyday + do 30min workout routine + 1-2hour sport (soccer, football, basketball, etc) and sometimes hit the octagon and do some muaythai for a little bit
This just means you're an active person with a lot of good upbeat energy
As for the dried fruit and nuts just eat 1-2 apples a day or an orange and instead of nuts try small servings of almonds or brazillian nuts.

Yeah lol in truth you only need no more then an hour and a half of cardio a week on no more then 20-30 minute session. That combined with a healthy intake of food will let you lose weight at a agreeable pace. This can be backed up by research and stuff done on the matter by Michael Matthews.
As long as you feel good and don't not eat it's good. Just remember that you do need a little fat and carbohydrates if you do a lot of sporting. Like a banana or something :33
I know 10miles a day is fine. another 6 may be too much if you're not eating and drinking enough water at the same time.

Your joints are not going to last if you do 16 miles a day.
Marathon runners load up on carbs before doing things like this and you ate... minimal... dried fruit and nuts.
Yeah that's not how you lose weight healthily. When you are going for it like that, EAT. Fuel your body. It needs energy to propel you 16 miles, and nutrients to maintain and repair the wear and tear on your body.
Naw, I grew up around tomboys and we would run a lot everyday. Especially playing a combination of dodgeball and tag.
