So, over the past few months I have packed on 'a few pounds'. I need to get back in shape because, for 1, volleyball season starts soon for me, and 2, I feel gross.
At the end of this season, I was close to seeing ab muscles, now they are buried (curse you cookies). I have a bowflex, treadmill, and ab lounge at home. What are some quick and easy ways to shed pounds without starving myself? Anything would be great!

It sounds like you have the right equipment, just start using it. :)
When I was in boot camp we were whipped into shape over a period of three months, most of the guys in my platoon were grossly overweight, so I know if you only need to lose a few pounds it's doable. The trick they used on us was in our diet (whole foods, little or no sugar), and repetitive exercise throughout the day. If you can do several light workouts in one day, do stairs instead of escalators, basically just be active even when you are not working out, I think you'll see the pounds drop off rather nicely. *ends run-on sentence*
Quickest?
Assuming you're not looking to add muscle, hard aerobic exercise. Running, swimming, and biking all work, especially if you do wind sprints at the tail end of the exercise (this nudges up the intensity before you go cool down). I prefer scenery, so if you've got a good nature trail, go for a nice long jog.
And always stay moving. Even when just around the house, walk in place, or randomly do a couple crunches here and there. Add all that, and keep your diet relatively unchanged, and you'll lose weight.
I agree with you! I really don't like seeing or hearing about people starving themselves. It's just dumb and unhealthy. If you do want to lose some pounds then do all the exercise as stated and just eat healthier, it's always the best and healthy way!
What I do to get in shape I play sports when I get home. I go walking or I run for a little.
