Losing about 20-30 pounds would bring you into a healthy weight range, in order to reach this goal you should actually try to change your complete lifestyle tho since this is way more effective in the long run than just a diet because it will actually help you to keep the weight down ;).. Try to cut carbs from your diet as much as possible (this includes mostly sugars and also grain/wheat products such as bread) - if you have a sweet tooth, try to replace the sweets with fruits or occasionally some flavoured yoghurt. I also love yoghurts and 'quark' because they also help to carve your appetite when you're hungry. Drink a lot of water (about 3 litres a day) and do regular exercise (like go to the gym about 3-4x per week). Then you should quite quickly see some results but I'm not sure whether it's actually possible to lose this much weight within such a short time span.. maybe 15-20 pounds would be possible in 2 months time if you really cut down on what you eat tho. i am 5"5 and i am considered a medium height. (around where i live i guess) but i also have a small frame. i weigh 105 lbs, but it really varies for some people. i did research and the normal weight is 118-154 (for your height) so, yeah, work hard at the gym, but make sure to keep hydrated and try not to eat rice, noodles, or any carbs before bedtime.
i believe yer current weight's ok... but if u r gonna lose weight don't go under 120 lbs basically :-)
