How to recharge our body after miss night-sleep for days?

Finals has finally ended. I hardly sleep during finals due to reports, paper, studying, and all. And now that everything has just ended, I am trying to pay the sleep I owe my body. But no matter how I sleep it's like nothing. I still am tired af and want more sleep and foods (FOODS! Omg I am hungry all day long)

What I have to do to recharge my body then? will working out help

I am afraid I'll hurt my heart if I push my body to exercise in this condition.
