What I have to do to recharge my body then? will working out help
I am afraid I'll hurt my heart if I push my body to exercise in this condition.
I wouldn't recommend exercise if you're sleep deprived. If you're at an energy deficit, that's just going to make it worse.
Just get some more sleep, drink plenty of fluids, have some healthy high protein foods (fills you up better).

When I wake up too early, I plug in earphones, put player under pillow and fall asleep again.
