I am trying to do the exact same thing!!! I changed my diet completely I just figured if I don't buy it I won't eat it. I usually just eat chicken or shrimp for my protein ( shrimp is great because it is so low in calories). As for veggies I usually eat asparagus (this is great because it is also so low in calories but you get like 10x more nutrients from a smaller amount than other greens like broccoli) and other veggie that I like to snack on such as bell peppers and carrots (carrots do have a lot of carbs tho so be careful) as for fruits strawberries and blueberries are probably your best bet (they have about the same amount of nutrients as bananas but way less calories), I also eat a lot of watermelon because it is like 70 % water. And for beverages I only drink water. Also I do often crave junk food, I mean who doesn't? So I started buying the Oikos frozen greek yogurt, it has like half the fat of regular ice cream. But I love it so much because it taste good enough to making the craving go away, but not so good that I will eat the whole container in one sitting. I stopped eating candy and pretty much all other junk food. As for exercising, right now I'm just doing cardio, but the best way to get a bigger butt is to start lifting (weighted squats, lunges, etc) by doing these exercises with weights you will be gaining muscle therefore making your butt bigger. You can't really target fat areas, but hopefully the belly fat will go first. Also I have heard you might have to lose 15-20 lbs before you even start to notice a difference. That is how it seems to be going for me, I have lost 15 lbs in about a month and a half and people have noticed (apparently my face looks slimmer), but my body looks exactly the same to me. Also it is not as hard as you think, I have lost 15 lbs and I only work out like 4 days a week and when I see my boyfriend on weekends we usually go out to eat (i only drink water tho), I just make sure not to eat a whole lot on those days. And don't eat pasta, I think that is what slowed down my weight loss in the beginning (I don't eat bread or pasta because they have way too many carbs). Sorry if this seems a little unorganized I just wanted to make sure I covered everything. Good luck!!!

For food you should do a low carb/high protein diet:
- don't eat rice, pasta, cake ("fat carbs")
- protein on every meal (ham and fruit for breakfast for example)
- lunch: many vegetables with fish/chicken/red meat (once or twice a week)
- have preferably soup for dinner - mushroom soup for example bc it's not heavy but still high on protein
- a great pre-workout snack is a balanced shake. My favorite (and more effective) is coconut milk (actual milk is not really good when you wanna lose weight), a bit of coconut oil, a banana, a raw egg, linseed, chia and oatmeal
- you've probably heard this 1000 times but drink LOTS of water. That's how I lost almost all my belly fat
For gaining weight in some specific areas I'd really recommend working out. You can do many sets of light weight for areas you just wanna tone up and less sets of heavier weights for areas you wanna grow.
About toning your body, can you go to the gym? It'd be the best solution really, it's really not as effective working out at home.
I could give you some good workouts but I think it's better for you to look it on youtube. You can see it way better than I could ever explain, and they're pros!
Good luck!
Bigger butt: squats
Lose belly fat: Cardio (running, biking, swimming, rowing)
Belly fat usually only goes away with dieting. Eat lean meats like Salmon, Chicken, and Turkey. Grill or bake it. DO NO FRY IT. Also, eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Spinach, strawberries, blueberries, carrots, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, and watermelon. Don't drink sodas or fruit juices (lots of carbs and sugars). Drink water often. Stay away from foods like ice cream, muffins, cake, chips, candy, and other junk food. It's not easy to change eating habits, but if you're dedicated enough, you can do anything. Hope this helps
Well what areas are to trying to build up? And what areas are you trying to lose weight in? As good goes lean proteins like 95 or above % fat free chicken , complex carbs like brown rice, fruits and a lot of green vegetables

If your looking for a slim waist and a flat belly, I'd do plenty of cardio (running, swimming, biking, even walking) Not sure where you want to gain weight but usually doing strength workouts for those specific areas will make them bigger. For example, people who want a bigger more toned bum do squats, and their glutes expand over time. As for food, fruit and veggies and tons of water always do the trick. Try and avoid any foods that might bloat you or constipate you, because they will slow down your process. No specific food can help you gain weight or lose weight in one specific area, but workouts can. Just eat heathy foods, workout according to your needs, watch your calorie intake and keep away from foods that make you bloated!
You can't loose weight in certain spots, just all over
But, cut sugar, soda, excess dairy and carbs. Protein and produce are your friends.
Weight training is great, so is cardio with resistance. But generally being active helps of course.I want to gain weight and lose weight in certain areas, while also toning my body. The problem is that I really don't know what are the proper foods to
Bacon and hashbrowns :))))
Fruits and veggies!
