I did some biceps curls, quite a few actually (I didn't keep count). I did as long as I couldn't do anymore and now my hand is aching, mostly in the biceps part. Did I do anything wrong or is it normal? When I bend my hand and straighten it, it aches a little bit in the bicep.
Muscle soreness is normal - if you worked on your biceps then you will be sore in biceps, especially if you did it to point of fatigue. It should go away in a few days. If you dont get that soreness then you aren't building muscles. You can stretch biceps to make the soreness go away quicker.
