Cut back on caffiene in your diet, stay away from colored drinks,
lot foods such as chocolate instead drink water, 7 up pop, clear
colored drinks.. Try deep breathing exercises , hold your breath
while you count to 6 while breathing in deep than release your
breath, take time to turn off all electronics such as TV, Phone
put a fan on and listen to it run, drink warm milk before bedtime
don't take a warm shower cause that increases blood flow instead
take a shower with cooler temp water or take a cool bath it calms
you down more.

Magnesium supplements. Really. And don't eat stuff that stresses the body like food high in sugar, caffeine and other stimulating substances.

Hi, I would say walking or riding a bike. Maybe make something new by painting it or making you're own art project like a poster.

Limit caffeine, get TONS of sleep (go to bed earlier), proper breathing and posture (both sitting and standing), sex (except you are <18 so maybe not!), realizing lots of things in life are out of your control/aren't important. And most importantly: WORK OUT, exercise for stress relief.
Quickly- medications like Xanax
Permanently develop control- meditation, thought organizing, distractive coping.If you can get into meditation it's so damn good. 20 min a day.
Something not rigorous that you enjoy. For me its playing basketball.
