Add some weights in there. Muscles get bigger when they have to repair themselves. When it gets too easy to do a certain amount of squats, add some weight. When that gets too easy, add more weight. Basically you need to keep pushing yourself, keep making your muscles rebuild themselves over and over again each time getting a bit bigger.
A lot of girls at the college I go to say they really like if a guy has a nice toned butt. So Becuase of that I started working it out more. That's how I have my experience

Vary your squatting routine, throw in some lunges. Look up Michelle Lewin on Youtube and check out what she does to get her booty, as well.
I do basketball so I do all of the above with squats and leg work and it gave me the butt i wanted without it getting smaller. Just change it up so you can time different parts of your legs with and without weights

weighted squats. get in the gym.
The squat challenge does not help build muscle and it won't help you at all. You need to be doing weighted squats. With a heavy enough load to hit failure in 8-12 reps. Like 2 days a week.
