Well your liver is in your right upper abdomen and Tylenol and alcohol both have to be processed by your liver, so you definitely could have done damage to your liver and also to the rest of your body because the buildup of alcohol and Tylenol can cause toxicity. You should stop drinking and stop taking Tylenol and see a doctor ASAP because it should be early enough right now that if you address it, it's still reversible. Once you damage it too much it'll no longer be reversible. Go take care of yourself!

25 Tylenols on their own is not a good idea, without adding all that alcohol. This was obviously deliberate on your part and you should consult your doctor to see what damage you've done, and then go and see a therapist regarding self-harming behaviour.
