when I wake up i for some reason look very toned then during the night I seemingly get fatter just as the day progressed any idea why this could be is your testosterone higher in the morning?
They call it "breakfast" because you're breaking a fast. You sleep 8 hours and went that long without food. You also aren't as hydrated as you could be. You're gonna see a lot of definition at this time.
Also what you eat is important. Like foods high in sodium cause water retention and that causes a very bloated look.
You could also be in a well lit room in the morning but not in the afternoon and such. Plus at night you may not have the lighting you need to see all your definition either. Lighting makes a world of difference.
