Does anyone know why this is? A solution maybe?
Besides 'get over it.' That really would just lower my self-esteem more and just make it worse.
My boyfriend has that problem. He was in therapy for it when he was a toddler, but he still deals with it.
Try to see a professional about it, or just try to change your view on food. He looks at it as nourishment or fuel rather than enjoyment.
Eat things you like. Maybe your parents just aren't that great at cooking, haha.
