It all depends what you like. But personally I like female athletic bodies that still look female (so no fbb). I consider mine the limit when I am low fat. Otherwise I loose too much curves.

Muscle never looks bad, as long as it's natural and not by taking supplements. Natural muscles are toned, while those that come from taking supplements or testosterone are bulging

Supplements not natural lol? You know that most supplements are natural things that are created in the body? For instance protein powder is totally natural, and so is creatine and BBCA's..

I didn't say supplements aren't natural. I meant that a woman won't get big bulging muscles only by exercising, without some sort of supplement.

Taking supplements for non professional people (and even professional) is already a sign that your body is not made for building the muscle you want in a natural way. So don't, because you are forcing your body to do something unnatural.

I agree. Naturally, we women don't have the testosterone to get too big and bulky. But I disagree with the sups. Like, I find sups a great way to nourish your body when you simply can't eat enough of what you need. Whey protein is simply protein. If you can't eat enough food to support muscle growth, then it's great. And believe me, it's hard to eat enough to gain the muscle you want! haha

I like muscle, so something like Nicole Wilkins would be ideal for me. Don't worry about getting too big, though. Most girls who are natural never even get close to being too big.
