I've been cutting a lot lately, things just get too hard and I can't take it. I've seen a lot where people just cut and that's it but I have an obsession with it. I use a duller razor blade so I can control everything, I start out and since it's duller I have to go over it a few times and make it deeper and deeper and I like to pull it apart and see inside. I've always had this weird obsession with my cuts, I remember I scraped my knee on a nail and it was a deep cut but I continue peeling it open and it bled for a week because I wouldn't leave it alone. Does an obsession like this make it harder to get help? I'm at the age I know it's wrong but I can't help it and need it right now and I'm afraid to get help and what will happen if I try and get help.
Considering cutting doesn't help fix the problem and all it does is open your body to infections, I think what you need is a value system that tells you that that is horrible idea and a complete waste of time.
