I am the same heiht as you and currently 120 pds... I've lost 7 pds so far and also struggle to lose 5 more. You might just already be very fit, it's harder to lose muscle than to lose fat

Oatmeal is healthy in moderation. I'd reckon 300 grams is simply too much carbs. Cut down on your carbs in general, especially sugars, while staying active and watch the fat melt off.

It might be whatever else you are eating. You might not be drinking enough. Maybe you need to work out. Who knows.

Oatmeal is probably very important in your diet for energy.
Would have to see your entire diet and workout to make that determination...
If the oatmeal contains a lot of refined carbohydrates and sugars, that is possible.
That's a lot of grams, I eat only 60g like it says on the packet...
