We simply cannot be satisfied without self esteem. We're born alone and we will die alone. One doesn't need anyone in their life but themselves. Obviously, there will be comfort in friends or the people around you. But then life leaves you alone, you must take that loneliness and turn it into something beautiful. This simply cannot be accomplished with a sense of low self worth.

My self esteem fluctuates. On a bad day I could be like a 1 and on a good day a 10+.
People have called me conceided because of how confident I am, but because of past experiences and 18 years of struggling with self-hate I will always have that little voice in the back of my head telling me I'm not good enough.

I just don't give a fuck anymore lol. I mean I'm not confident, but I just don't care about whatever it is I see wrong with myself anymore. So my "I don't give a fuck anymore" attitude kind of translates to what would be confidence.

I still feel insecure about a bunch of things, but I just don't care.

It's like my self esteem is so low, that it's high.

I see what you mean. But I've found that not caring is easier than developing confidence. I mean I still have my confident stretches, but when those end, my "I just don't give a fuck" attitude takes over.

@asker I met a girl at the gym today.
She's in the army and has to leave for one month on Monday. we both got this strange connection with each other as we both knew we had no time to Truly get to know each other.
I've never experienced anything like it but we exchanged numbers and we was chatting all day together.
Maybe it was fate but I've been such a friggin mess the last few days and she really picked me up and gave me a boost in confidence. :)

Im happy, When other people are happy about me, And people are only happy about me when you look good, So, Im fucked for the next few months whilst i continue to loose weight, And then ill probably be fucked for the rest of my life after that as im only assuming once I've lost all my weight ill probably have loose skin and shit.

So yeah, Basically, My body fucking sucks, And will likely only get worse :/.

I can assure you matey, If i uploaded a picture of my entire body, You would think VERY differently.

But, Thats just it, I have two options right now, I have already lost 65lb, And, I need to loose 20lb more, But, I know, If i loose anymore fat, I will probably get loose skin, But, I dont want to be fat.

So, Im a cross roads now, Where, I basically decide which option i want to make me look vile, Which sucks. So yeah, I've basically given up on myself now. Its pointless me even doing anything to try and improve myself, That shit just gets thrown back at me in my face.

Ha, But, Im not bothered about relationships, After an Entire childhood of being treated like shit buy guys and girls alike (mostly girls), I've sort of Developed Asexuality. The thought of being in a relationship just angers me, like, Why should i allow another person anything to do with my body when people treated me like shit when i was fat? its not like im a different person or after loosing weight or anything.

Im fine with being single, Thats not my problem, My problem isn't like that, My problem is, Im self concious wherever i go, I mean, I can't even wear Tshirts i look that bad in them, Which sucks, Because when i go to the gym i have to wear big baggy almost jumper-y things because theyre the only things that i dont look especially fat in, And it sucks because it makes you hot and stuff.

I just want to be comfortable wearing normal clothes in public, Which, im afraid ill probably never be :/.

That sounds rough, I'm sorry people were so cruel :( . People used to bully me too when I was at secondary school but it was mostly because I was introverted and weird (and in the first few years considered freakishly smart though no-one would think that now lols)

I feel your pain with being self-conscious too, really. I have acne; and I should maybe feel lucky because I know objectively it's not THAT bad, but to me it looks horrendous. So it's very rare that I'll let anyone see me without make-up on, and I almost always wear tops that cover my back and my shoulders; plus I'm always conscious of whether my nose looks shiny and like looking in my pocket mirror to fix my make-up which is annoying :/ . It's not quite as bad as when I was younger and I'd literally hide in my room until I had my make-up on, and refuse to ever have my picture taken. But still :/
