Is this normal?
And what can I do to fix it?
Here's a picture to show you the condition of it.
Well... at 15 you aren't going bald. But you should look at nutrition and other medical causes. It is also possible to be allergic to a particular hair dye. A professional enzymatic dye is MUCH MUCH less damaging to your hair than those that use ammonia (they look better too).
Here are the most common medical causes:
Medications
Hormones
Hair Care and dyes
Diet
Thyroid Problems

Well I'm definitely not dyeing my hair anymore until my hair stops falling so much
look at the following link. This is only one of the many out there. Have a salon do the dye job.

The last time I dyed my hair was at a salon three weeks ago. Either I just noticed the crazy hair falling, or it started when I dyed my hair there
it can take a few weeks to notice. It isn't permanent.
Are you low Iron? take a shitload of Iron supplements. Slow release iron supplements.
*sigh* The thing is I'm basically living in a country where getting medical supplies is hard, cause of money problems, quality and location
Try not dying it no more and do hairstyles that dont require it to be touched that much.
I'm definitely not dyeing it anymore until it stops falling so much, and I don't really touch my hair unless it's to ponytail it or push my bangs back
Try using different shampoos, like one more meant for breakage
Ok. I'll try that

Maybe it is caused by excessive masturbation, your age plays an important role, lack of vitamins...
Maybe eating more fish? Anyway, I'm not the kind to excessively masturbate either so..
I like the usage of the word "excessively". :)
I see.
In yer pic they look ok...
That's the thing, it looks ok but you will find a trail of hair strands leading to me
