How can you get a good night's sleep?

I can't sleep at all. I usually am awake until 12 or 1 in the morning even on school nights and have to get up at 7:30 each day. I can't relax at all. On weekends I stay up late and sleep in until 12 in the morning. How can I get a good night's rest?

I went to sleep the other night at 930 PM and woke up at 7 AM and it was great.

I had total uninterrupted sleep and I put my cell phone on airplane mode in the bathroom to charge with no one to bother me.

No electronics in the room. Bliss.

try and cut back the time by 5mins at first then keep going back at you own speed until you get to the right that you want to fall asleep

@Johnny95 can u please explain on how to cut back time? does it mean to cut back sleeping time or waking time?

alright so what i mean is say i want to sleep at 9pm but instead im sleeping at 1am what i do is cut sleeping time back by 5mins at first so it would be 12:55am and so on until i reach my goal time

Listen to classical music. It really does help. Preferably Mozart. :)

I suggest not taking a nap or do something really tiring and go try to go to sleep an hour before the time you want to sleep

You need to just do it. Take ceritonen (that's not how you spell it). Adjust your body clock.
