is it just me or what? sometimes when im mad or sad about something i feel like punching everything like crazy so i decided to punch a pole outside and when i did my fists hurt and in the thought it felt like relief... i cought myself ripping paper in anger so i wouldn't punch... is this normal or what?
I do the ripping paper thing all the time... Whenever I get really stressed out I get an absurd burst of adrenaline; I know it's probably unhealthy but I can't control it. Ripping scrap paper is the best thing I know to do that won't actually harm anything. Sometimes I'll rip old towels if I have any.

When you get older your emotions will stabilize but you should try a different method to deal with it. Maybe exercise or eat healthy or help somebody by doing volunteer work.
