Over the last 2 years my weight been on an endless roller coaster. I've went from 160lbs to 118 (which I looked way too thin at), then I gained and maintained 125 for a while, and currently (after a few months of careless eating and lack of exercise) I am now 135. I'm 16 and I'm 5'4". I want to get back on track, abs tone up, and lose some lbs, especially because I tend to gain in my stomach area. In your opinion what would be a good weight goal for 5'4" ? Just wanted to get some of your opinions, I need motivation!!! Lol thanks:)
At 135 I don't think you need to lose much. I think you should focus more on the toning and the little extra pounds will come off. Try some core exercises and just keep moving. Summer is coming which means more activity. Good luck :-)

For your height the ideal weight range is 108-136lbs. But you said that you looked too thin at 118lbs, so you should just eat healthy and not focus on numbers. They are not always accurate since everyone's body is different :)
Try calculating your body fat % and it will give you acceptable ranges to be healthy and levels if you wanna be really toned

5'4 at 125 is good , if you are not skinny fat.
