You have no stomach fat? Your upper body is literally perfect. On a scale. from 1-10, its a 15. Anyways, I'd recommend adding about 5-10lbs of muscle in the lower body. This will require more calories, some interval cardio, and loads of squats and lunges. Learn to love both, commit, and you'll be golden!!

I think the first thing you should do to improve yourself is look in the mirror and go "damn! I look goooooood!" Then realize you don't need to change because you are perfect
You can see your abs, and as far as I can judge, your muscle/fat ratio is perfect for a girl. So keep it. Bear in mind that by loosing extra fat, your boobs will also shrink further.

If anything, lift weights for a more defined body.
Otherwise, you look fine.in my opinion... gain 5-10 lbs of lean muscle. It'll fill you out extremely well. Your body is already pretty good but with some muscle, you're gonna get some serious definition on your legs, ass and stomach.
You look great the way you are. If anything, you should focus on gaining not losing.
