If you even get it when you are not outside, its your body not capable of ventilating enough. Wear light clothes: sport short and loose tank top and indeed hydrate and take a fresh shower regularly. If you go outside, cover your head (you seem to have reddish hair and a pale skin, so very sensitive to sunstroke). Also cover your body with light coloured very ventilating shirts. Maybe that will help.

If I'm dehydrated, yes. I sleep, take a shower and drink water.

No I live in the South so I'm used to the heat. Massaging to part that hurts with your fingers.
