I've been breaking out with pimples really bad lately what can I do?

Lately I've been noticing that I have gotten a lot of pimples is there anything I can do to help it cause I'm starting to scar

Pimples can be for several reasons, most common being hormonal imbalance. But, constipation can be a contributing factor too. So, drink lots of water during bed time, also during day. Eat lots of fresh fruits, avoid junk food. Try fresh lime juice and apply it gently - with a cotton swab over pimples every morning. Wash with luke warm water. Never squeeze or scratch pimples. For serious infestation where white heads appear, please visit a doctor who may recommend a topical antibacterial cream and maybe an antibiotic

I have so many acne scars and i don't even know why. But i have found that using oil-free lotion on my face every night really helps

well I'm a girl and I use Olay Complete but I don't know if you want to use that too. haha

try over the counter acne soaps.. you can also go to a dermatologist if the problem is persistent and significant they can help with prescribed soaps & or medications.

Are you under any kind of stress? that will often aggravate your skin and cause them to come up more then usual.

don't pop anything man, Let the whiteheads come out on its own.

yeah, even small white heads that are popped can lead to mass infection and then painful sores.

I popped a small white head, forgot to disinfect it with rubbing alcohol and the next day I woke up it was 5 times bigger and red. It was so embarrassing, so I popped it too. Hurt like a mother and left a scar.
