i suffered for a long time a few tips -
1. chew gum may help it did me as it takes you subconscious mind off the stuff you are worrying about it
2. get into the mindset of steamrolling through things your nervous about for example a party get straight in their pull no punch's and talk about random stuff to people as this will put them at ease as well as you
3. you will have trouble in thinking of things to say s just talk about random stuff
4. i got to the point where i look at each situation and go Jeronmo in my head like im heading to battle with myself
anyhow this has helped me so try it and it might help
When I struggled with anxiety and stress I would write down everything I was feeling and later would break down what was real and not real. What outcomes I wanted realistic or otherwise. Then you can read back through it. You quickly realise how silly those thoughts were.
Also, get off the coffee and alcohol. These make it worse. Drink lots of water, exercise and lots of sleep so your body can cope. Everybody has stress and anxiety. Good luck.
Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head.

i prefer doin things dat make my mood... if in case :)
Smoking weed helped me, but it's not for everyone
