There is also a number of things that you can do by yourself to make you feel better: exercising - at least 3-4 times a week - do something active like running/jogging, power walking, body attack, body pump, body combat, boxing, yoga, swimming or just use some of the cardio equipment - step one - sign up with your local gym. This will also help you to meet new people - like in fitness classes, so it is a sociable things. Eat healthy - no junk food and no strict diets - eat your favourite food just make sure it is healthy - cook it yourself - this is quite enjoyable and helps with feeling better.
