Honey you're a 14 and a size **3** it's really, really unlikely you need to lose weight. Can your body do everything you want it to? Is it active, happy, and alive? Can your body carry things and get you where you want to go? Then it's perfect just the way you are. There's no "right" weight for your age. There's a right weight for you.
Your dress size and height aren't uncommon. I have a friend around your height and same dress size, however she's very skinny, even up to the point that people tell her to gain weight, but she's healthy.
Ha you're over weight for 5'3 and 14. You should be about at 110 lb. and when you're full grown 115-120 lb.
