Eat healthier, and drink loads of water, no sugars, cut down on sodium, increase fiber and protein intake. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF ( I can't stress that enough) you'll literally put on more weight, get enough sleep 7-8 hours, and drink green tea. Good luck! Eat an Asian diet. Why are Asians so skinny? Its because of what Asian people eat. Do not go to a chinese restaurant where everybody there is white - that is NOT real chinese food. Hire a chinese person to teach you how to cook chinese food.
Eating a healthy diet can certainly help, as well as drinking lots of water, but in all honesty, exercise is the best way to lose weight, hands down. You don't have to go run a marathon, but just go for a walk or something simple like that. Anything is better than just sitting around.

you dont really.. i mean you can eat healthy all the time but without exercise..
