If you have an athletic build, lift your shirt and look down... you're probably looking at a healthy stomach. lol.

at your age you shouldn't worry too much about such things. if you say you have an athletic build then you can't be that bad by default.

Anything less is not fit. Even lesser is unhealthy. Anything below that is fat or obese. I couldn't find any of those pics... guess people prefer not to put pics up of themselves if they look bad n i can't blame em
