Just do calf exercises.
Calves are considered one of the hardest muscles to build, despite all of the calf exercises there are.
Sorry to disappoint you, but it takes patience to build calves up.
Look for seated or donkey calf raise machines.
If not available, use a smith machine and stand on a step (little stool looking thing) and do calf raises on that.

There is no 'Fast' way, Just like everything in the fitness world, Everything is long and slow and takes EXTREMELY hard work.
Try doing the Stairs. Basically anything that puts extreme strain on your calfs dude, Eat more Protein ! :)
The only way you can do it 'Fast' is if ya start shooting Roids, Which is a bad idea ;P
Running and walking on an incline will definitely help. Also taking the stairs as much as possible.
And stairs. Lol where I work I have to go up and down two flights of steep stairs at least 20 times a day; I really noticed my calves looking much more muscular and toned after that haha

run on your tip toes. Use the lamp post method, run from one lamp post to the next normally, then run to the next lamp post on your tip toes. You'll look like an idiot, but it'll tone up your calves
The world is obsessed with the word "fast" even though nothing in this world is truly done quickly that lasts for very long.
There is no "fast" in genuine health and fitness.
Full ROM squats (bodyweight) will do the trick, and if you really want to go further (there is unlikely to be a need), then add calf-raises.Lots of calf raises... muscular calves on a woman is beautiful <3
use forefoot when striking surfaces while running :D
