I've turned my house into a gym since that's cheaper, lol. I try to make sure I work out 5 days a week doing kickboxing atm. I also do running and strength training.

I don't go to the gym, I run or jog around the neighborhood every evening. But I don't run everyday nowadays because its winter and it can get freaking cold.

But 2 hours per week is enough.I work out five days a week usually. I wouldn't listen to your friend. That's not "too into fitness" by any means. It just shows you care about yourself. :)
