You can get this by losing weight. It doesn't really matter how many crunches you do because I you have a layer of fat covering your body your abs won't show. Everyone has abs or the ability to look toned
I recommend veganism it's extremely healthy and great forthw environment. I he to eat 2,000 calories and yet lose weight but on other diet I could only eat 1,500. I feel better and have tons of energy. Check out essena oneille on YouTube.
But I et it veganism isn't for everyone. So losing weight is extremely simple. Exercise at least three times a week for an hour and eat balanced meals. A proper plate should consist of 1/2 veggies or fruit, 1/4 complex carb (such as brown rice, quinoa or wheat bread, etc), and your protein should be the size of your palm. For exercise I think weight lifting is most effective (don't worry about getting bulky, women lack the necessary hormones to get muscles like men), I think it's more effective because it burns calories long, and build lean muscle which burns calories by just existing. If you want bigger muscles (example, larger butt or arms) then do heavy weighted exercises with low reps (low weight high rep) and if you want smaller leaner muscle do low weights high rep (this basically toned preexisting muscle. And add about 20mins of cardio of your choice. This is what I find most affective but great at home workouts like blogilates or tone it up on YouTube are great and free.
Staying motivated us hard, but I suggest making a vision board. It sound stupid but it works (mine has a picture if my setting or before body and next to it are a bunch of pictures of my dream body) seeing how far I had come or was going really set the tone of my day and reminded me what I was working for. I also keep one picture of my dream body on the fridge so that it reminds me to make smart choices about what I'm eating

Coconut oil does wonders! You can put it on your shake or other foods - it helps to lose belly fat. I'm not saying you have any, but people can only get a toned stomach if their body fat % is very low. Plus, you can do different kinds of abs workouts everyday. For example today you do inverted crunches and oblique crunches (3 sets of 12 each), and tomorrow you do normal crunches and 3 sets of 30 second plank. That's what I've been doing and it's really working!
You are toned. Suppose you want to say that you want more visible muscle. In that case you need to train extra fat down, but it will also shrink your boobs. If you want to bulk up, you need to lift. Doing more ab exercises (with loads) will certainly grow your abs.
Everybody has a six pack underneath their fat. Although you are not 'fat', you still have too much fat covering them from showing.
How to get there?
90% = having a healthy diet
10% = exercising - I suggest exercise to build the six pack muscles. Go with high weight and low repetitions. So some form of WEIGHTED crunch or any similair exercise with weight.
cardio, leg raises , crunches, get into a crunch position and turn side to side to contract your obliques, and aerobics like boxing holing five pound weights or wrist weights kicking with ankle weights is really good to:)

You'll need muscle to tone for. Makes the whole process easier.
Buiilding muscle is high weight low rep, targeting the area. Ab/Oblique press. Weighted angled situp. Angled leg raises. Brutal stuff, but you build the most muscle when the fibers are tearing. Compliment with lots of lean protein like chicken and fish and you're well on your way.by working it out.. for diet, protein-rich..

this video exercise might help tone it.. lots of exercise might help..Honestly some definition might work for you, cause I'm gonna be 100% honest, I legitimately would not have guessed you were a woman from this pic if you weren't wearing the pink and just randomly showed it to me on the street.
toned is when there is at least a little bit of muscle definition. im no fitness expert but i believe crunches work well for the stomach
Just stick with whatever you're doing. If you said you had toned your stomach already I'd believe you.
Targeted ab workouts pretty much. I don't see the value in it though because I think you look perfect as is.
You look great - Just keep up fitness work and ask in gym about toning exercises - Yoga also very good for that

go on a lemonade/vegtables/ protein diet of 1500 calories a day. You are toned, just not fitness model toned :)
