Does hatred and anger really affect a person's physical health (outside of mental condition)?

Anonymous
I'm just curious. I'm slowly becoming a misanthrope. Ever since I hear so many negative such as racist and misogynist/misandrist prejudice and moralistic self-righteousness in the social media, it has caused me to despise all men and women along with all ethnic groups and races. I used to have a soul like most normal human beings until it's been ripped away from the cruelty of the world. I figured I might as well believe that no life is worth saving if someone is in danger.

That's how I'm feeling right now.

Is that very bad for my physical health (heart conditions and so on)?
