That's how I'm feeling right now.
Is that very bad for my physical health (heart conditions and so on)?
It can make you physically ill. Here's a few tips: Belive none of what you hear, almost none of what you see, especially on the internet/social media. You have a brain. You have your mental faculties intact. You can think and reason. Get out there and meet and learn about real people and use your own judgement. Draw your own conclusions. Be the type of person you think would make the world a better place. Most of media spins the truth and fsns the flames of stereotyping and hate to get ratings. It also serves to brainwash with imagery. Don't be like cattle and follow just because you hear a bell ring. Be your own person and use your own reasoning. Yes the world is a mess. But it's not nearly as bad as is reported. There far more good people than evil. Get out there and find out for your self. Be open minded so you can learn. Knowledge with free you from hate.
keeping you anger bottled up isn't heathy nor is it good for you. do like song says and let it go, yes the old saying applies: duct tape can't fix stupid.
yes i was in your shoes a VERY angry teen and young man. you are expecting a fight and amping yourself up for the fight thats isn't comming.
calm down grasshopper
Ever read Wuthering Heights? heathcliff was the biggest misanthrope of them all.
but yes, studies show that solitary confinement is the worst kind of torture to inflict on a person because it's an innate psychological need that could possibly cause physical problems depending on your health.
my advice: stay away from social media altogether. and buy a dog for company maybe if you're that serious.
I don't know if GAG counts as a social media but these constant gender bashing sentiments, self-righteousness and hypocrisy from both genders (male and females) are another reason why I've been slowly becoming a misanthrope.
Hm, well I am sorry to hear that. I feel it's best to just try and block them all out. Can't let the whole world get you down, there are good people out there too. Even if they're really hard to find sometimes.
I know people are assholes but get some help. Stop watching the news for awhile, reading the news etc . It's enough to make you mental.

Yes, i'm dealing with this. It's because eventually you slip into either depression or nihilism and start to not see a point in keeping yourself healthy. I'm on the nihilist side, it really saps my motivation to work out.
I'm pretty sure this was proved by science, although I don't remember the exact study.
