Don't worry about it, 98% of us have stretch marks, most girls have stretch marks on their inner thighs and and the side of their asscheeks. I have stretch marks on my upper arms too from working out, but they have faded already and you don't notice them unless you pay close attention. Don't worry bro girls aren't freaked out by stretch marks, you can buy stretch mark cream that pregnant ladies use to help them fade faster if you want
It's perfectly natural. I went through puberty and my arms went from skinny tooth picks to a more well rounded muscles. (not like a body builder but just more manly) I ended up with stretch marks on my upper arms. I'm just glad they can only be seen from close up.
They are probably due to quick growth. I know a guy before that had them up his back because he grew so quickly. They may fade a little but probably never go completely. Try using something like bio oil or stretch mark oil to help them fade.
They will fade with creams and oils. Some women will be turned off and some won't. No, it's not strange.

I personally wouldn't be turn off by it. And no, it's not strange, most people have it as well.
I have some on my shoulders from lifting. It's not that big of a deal and they do fade but it takes a really long time
