Acne frustration.. help?

So in my teens i didn't get any acne and now i am 23 and in my 20s i began getting acne but only on the lower part o my cheecks like my jaws.. and its so annoying.. its sometimes only on one side.. these red nasty acne blemishes.. thankfully they dont turn into scars but why do they appear all the time?

I could be wrong but i think that getting spots around your jaw can be related to your hormones. If you are on your period this could make it worse? Some contraceptive pills can help to control it. A doctor will be able to give you some medication for it and the pill.
I have heard people say that cetaphil oil control wash is good as it doesn't dry the skin too much.

ya it is most likely hormonal imbalance.. i dont have sex so often so..

There are pretty good products for treating acne. One called Erytop which I used to use when I was 14-15. Thankfully I stopped getting acnes after I turned 17.

well try relaxing more, sweat less, use oil free lotion, if u wash ur face a lot, do it less, eat better foods
