You need to clean ur diet up and tune it for bulking so lots of carbs and lots of protein make sure it's clean carbs so wholewheat pasta, brown rice, while what bread (check the label not all of them are good) porridge etc . Protein needs to be high too, shakes aren't essential but it's almost impossible to get that amount of protein unless u can eat loads but eat ur protein while u can instead of drinking as eating it has more benefit, whey protein is the way to go check the labels tho cause some of these serious mass gainers are awful cause there are so much sugar in them, casine or cottage cheese at night to give u night time protein that will help u recover. Split ur meals not 3 big meals split it into several so ur metabolism uses the food more effectively. U need to train a, do different mucle groups every day so for example I like to do chest and tri and back and biceps etc and make sure if u do a mucle not to do it again for at least 48 hours so the muscles can grow and make sure u rest because the growth and development of muscles happens while u rest. All I can think of arm I will post if I think of anything else that can help u

1. Eat tons of protein from various sources
2. Train opposite muscle groups each training session, probably 5 times a week of weight lifting
3. Heavy weights, low reps (3x8 for example)
4. Do heave compound movements like squats, deadlifts and the bench press because they will give you a lot of progress early on
5. Vary your routine a lot
6. Take enough rest and drink enough water
7. Hope you're genetics aren't shit and if they are... Roids.

you'll need to be taking some type of pills (but be careful cause some are dangerous... most are in my opinion... but those who take them will argue against me) ... you cannot possibly look like that with just diet and exercise... plus you will NEED to eat A LOT of food with lots of protein in it and a strict routine of hard workouts... constantly...

When I see guys or girls like that I say "wow!" but meaning I admire so much dedication to sculpting that way... not wow as in you look awesome... cause damn... that's not even sexy... but do what makes you happy :D!
You have to be a body builder in order to even get close to that look.
Men like him dedicate more than just a few hours to their work out.
It becomes their whole life style.
You have to drink protein shakes and eat a lot of foods with proteins.

That will take years to accomplish natty. I can't say if he used roids or not but it would certainly make that body type acheivable much faster.
You can get it natty but you're going to need to do some serious bulking and cutting for a long time. You gotta be in it for the long haul.
Don't listen to any of these idiots. You need a personal trainer or find someone on YouTube or a forum that knows what they are doing when it comes to the workouts and diets. Lastly just buy whey protein shakes (the muscle one) it helps a lot
