How do I tighten and tone my body (pics included) ?

I'm 25 years old
Size 4 dress
5'5 and 130lbs

I'm trying so hard to be confident about my body but I just have always been extremely self-conscious. I enjoy eating healthy but I hate working out (I'm really really trying to motivate myself).

I hate my lower abs and how chunky my thighs are. What can I do to tone up and get a flatter stomach / slimmer thighs?

I forgot to add, I think my hips are very oddly shaped. They look totally uneven on one side and I don't know why that is?
