I got into power lifting when I was looking for an outlet. I was about 15 at the time. I keep power lifting because it helps me keep my head on straight and it gives me a goal to work towards. Never really lifted because of the health benefits and the muscle I have packed on over the years are more or less the icing on the cake.

I wanted to make change in my life and wanted to look like I was almost 8 years ago, so I just do arc exercises/treadmill for 30 min and some weight lifting for 15 min. I still eat what I want though and I haven't really changed my diet, but it's working for me
I did a bunch of research. I then started a fb page for us women to support each other in our weight loss and/or workouts. Having workout buddies and/or people to say "don't eat that" keeps you going in the right direction.
i really wanted to get fit for the summer to have that beach body and so i started doing cardio for 30-45 mins. a day, 4 days a week and yoga/ mat workouts for 15 mins., 2-3 days a week

I dont know I've just always been active. What kept me at it is i just enjoy doing it...
Monday Wednesday Friday ... Workout
Tuesday Thursday... Recovery
Saturday... Light Training
Sunday... Sleep Time :)My dad got me into it when young.
