Why is this happening?

Like usually when I'm too busy I only have two meals - breakfast and dinner, I'd skip lunch. In between breakfast and dinner, I'd only have few pieces of biscuits and drink some water. And when I skip lunch, when it's almost 6pm I'd start to get hungry. But by 7pm my appetite to eat is totally gone, and even if the food is delicious, I just don't feel like eating it anymore. And sometimes I'd feel like I want to throw up, but I couldn't. I always forced myself to eat in the end, but I could only eat a little.
Why is this happening?
