At the gym what are some good workouts and what machines are useful that will get them bigger?
What are good workouts for legs and butt?
My exgf used to follow a few girls through youtube and Bikini Model Fitness was her number #1 she used to do this about twice a day.

Deadlifts and barbell squats. Using enough weight to completely blitz your muscles in 8-12 reps. And you have to be eating at a surplus to make things grow.
All machines that work on the legs will improve it. Most machines have little drawings that show what muscle groups are used. Train all muscle groups, so you legs stay symmetrical.
