I want to start working out again, I plan on going 5 times a week, 3 times to train muscles and 2 days to do cardio. I already drink a lot of water and I stopped eating fat things. The problem is that I'm not sure if I can keep it up, changing your eating style is not easy and I have tried it before and eventually I felt back to my old behaviour.
Anyone else had similar problems? And how did you made sure you didn't fell back to your old behaviours?
